BASEBALL SEASON
Cleveland's Gay baseball season is off and running, the games will be held on Sundays at Brookside Park on diamond #7. Brookside is at the corner of Fulton and Dennison by the Zoo.

GAY PRIDE EXPRESS The Cleveland Gay Express to the Gay Pride March in Columbus on June 26th (Sunday) will be leaving from GINZZY'S parking lot at 8:00am SHARP. You can leave your cars in Ginzzy's lot (they will be safe).
The bar will be serving coffee and donuts (in the bar, not the parking lot) for anyone who doesn't have time to make breakfest.
The tickets are only $15.00 per person, and that covers round-trip on the buses, drinks on the buses and a light lunch. Tickets are on sale daily at Ginzzy's, and the other bars in Cleveland so get yours early so you don't get left behind.
Cathy says there will be drink specials that night at Ginzzy's for everyone that will be returning from The March.
Remember, "This one's for you", so be there.
TOMAHAWK PARTIES
On Sunday May 8th the TOMAHAWK BAR held the Taurus Birthday Party and the place was packed to the rafters. As usual, all the party-goers brought their favorite covered dish and Waunetta supplied the cake and lots of other goodies, plus calling various drink specials throughout the evening for all the Taurus babies.
The Gemini Party will be held on Sunday June 12th and it promises to be one of the biggest yet because June 12th also happens to be Gene's (the bartender at the Tomahawk Bar) birthday too. Gene says he will not be behind the bar that day, but he will be there to party. He also promises to bring both his famous cherry cheesecake and blueberry cheesecake. Even if you are not a Gemini baby you are welcome to bring a covered dish and join in on the party.
LIVE RADIO SHOW
On Wednesday May 4th a very unique event originated from EXEDRA, a 4 hour, live radio broadcast on being Gay in Cleveland today. The phone-in talk show was hosted by WGAR's Steve (Boom-Boom) Cannon, who interviewed local Gays and took phone calls from both straights and Gays.
Mr. Cannon did a great job making everyone involved feel very comfortable, and was very effective at explaining the Gay Lifestyle to his straight audience.
Everyone agreed that the show was a very positive milestone in Cleveland's history and a lot of thanks should go to Steve Cannon and Vince and Mary Los, the owners of Exedra, for bringing us this excellent show. BENEFIT AT ISIS
Sunday evening on June 12th ISIS will present a benefit show to raise funds for the Gay Pride March in Columbus on June 26th. The show is DIVINE & D.
Anyone who has not had a chance to ever see Divine should not miss this night at Isis. She really is as strange as everyone says she is, and then some!
